What PC maintenance should you be doing on a regular basis?

1) keep anti-virus protection (AVG, Avira, Avast are the best) up to date
2) have good Spyware protection (SpyBot S&D, Adware, Malwarebytes) and keep it current
3) get a product like Window Washer to keep your temporary files clean (internet cache, Temp folders)
